This project was part of my coursework in my Information and Learning Technology master’s program at the University of Colorado Denver and challenged me to think about what it means to learn in an adult and corporate context.
Using the Instructional Design Model, ADDIE, I worked with a partner to analyze gaps and identify needs for a volunteer program. Together, we built a learning solution that responded to those needs in the form of a webinar training.
My partner and I developed an in depth design document that included
project details such as the learner personas, proposed learning
solution, a storyboard, as well as an evaluation plan to understand the
extent of how our learning product adequately met the needs of the
Skills used to complete this project:
- Adult learning theory
- Instructional design model, ADDIE
- Kouprie and Visser’s, Framework for Empathy in Design
